Terms of Service

The agreement between you and WashOps.

Effective: July 22, 2026

1. Who we are

WashOps (“WashOps,” “we,” “us,” the “Service”) is software-as-a-service for car wash and detail teams, operated by Suds Software LLC, in the United States. Reach us at support@thewashcrm.com. By using WashOps you agree to these Terms.

2. Who you are

You (“Customer,” “Operator”) are the business or individual signing up to use WashOps. You represent that you have authority to bind the entity you sign up on behalf of, and that you are at least 18 years old.

3. The Service

WashOps provides tools for car wash and detail operations — including scheduling, time clock, tasks and checklists, work orders, training, performance, approvals, and optional integrations such as accounting (QuickBooks Online). Features depend on your plan. We may change, add, or remove features; material reductions on a paid plan will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

4. Subscription & payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of price changes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service unlawfully, or to store or transmit unlawful content;
  • attempt to breach security, access other tenants’ data, or probe or reverse-engineer the Service;
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties except your own authorized team members; or
  • upload data you don’t have the right to provide, or use the Service to violate others’ privacy or rights.

6. Your data

Ownership. As between you and us, you own your Customer Data. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it to operate the Service for you.

Our use. We use Customer Data only to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it.

Export. You can export your data from the Service or by request while your subscription is active.

7. Third-party integrations (including QuickBooks)

WashOps can connect to third-party services you authorize, such as QuickBooks Online. When you connect one, you authorize WashOps to access and, where you direct, modify data in that service on your behalf — for QuickBooks, to read your Profit & Loss reports and to apply the specific transaction corrections your authorized manager approves. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms (e.g. Intuit’s). We are not responsible for third-party services’ availability or actions, and you are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and the accuracy of changes you approve. You can disconnect an integration at any time.

8. Our intellectual property

WashOps, its software, and its branding are owned by us. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

9. Service availability & disclaimers

We work to keep WashOps available and reliable, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any third-party integration (such as QuickBooks) will always be available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your data is handled per the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to your account’s contact email, and the effective date above will be updated.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, you and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions relating to the Service.
