Is there really no card required to start?
You add a card during signup so we can charge you when the trial ends, but nothing is charged until day 15. Cancel before then and the card is never touched.
Can I buy just one product?
Yes. Most washes start with Operations and add Team, Finance, or Connect when they're ready. Everything shares one login and one dataset.
How does per-location pricing work?
Each product is priced per location, per month. Add locations as you grow — there's no per-employee charge on the core products, so headcount never raises your bill.
Do you work for multi-site operators?
Yes. Run every location on the same playbook, with roll-up reporting across sites and per-site roles for your managers.
What happens if I cancel?
Service continues until the end of your billing period. After that your account becomes read-only for 30 days so you can export data, then it's deleted.
